I think I saw a post on here when someone was asking about waffle makers that someone uses the G5 model of this grill, but couldn't post anything else to that that thread sense it had been locked. Is that user still around?
I almost bought that grill a few years ago, but decided not to sense it was a lot smaller than the jumbo sized one I originally had and was used to something larger that I could put 2 pork steaks on to at the same time, and didn't think that would would cut it.
So at that point, I opted for the one that had the temperature control and removable front and back plates, but haven't used it in a while. So now I'm looking for a waffle maker, sense I've discovered after a stay at a Day's inn, that a waffle made from scratch tastes so much better than any frozen one I've ever had, but don't know how easy it would be to use a waffle maker of any sort without getting burned, or how to judge the right amount of batter I'm putting into it, or if I've poured it into the right place evenly.
How exactly do you use this model, and how are you making out with it? Doesn't it also have a plate that's supposed to be a pancake maker? Any info someone could give me would really be appreciated.
